Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Talent Management’ services, including Temperature Control Warehouses, Cold Chain Transportation, and CFA (Contract Logistics and Value Added Services). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services:

Talent Management provides Temperature Control Warehouses, Cold Chain Transportation, and CFA services. The specific details of the services, including pricing, are outlined in separate agreements or contracts between Talent Management and the client.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are outlined in the respective service agreements. Clients are responsible for timely payment of invoices according to the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the service agreements. Clients are encouraged to review and understand these policies before entering into a service agreement with Talent Management.

Liability And Insurance:

Talent Management takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safe and secure handling of goods. However, clients are advised to procure appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments. Talent Management is not liable for loss, damage, or delay unless caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their shipments. They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the transportation and storage of goods.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with Talent Management, is the property of Talent Management. Clients are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing such intellectual property without express written consent.

Privacy:

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, clients consent to the collection and use of their information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure:

Talent Management is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, and natural disasters.

Termination:

Either party may terminate a service agreement for material breach by the other party. Termination terms are outlined in the respective service agreements.

Governing Law:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms must be brought in the courts located in [Jurisdiction].

Changes To Terms:

Talent Management reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
